Joined Etera from day one. Built the design system from scratch, owned end-to-end booking flows across five verticals and shaped the AI concierge experience. Beyond Figma, I built a custom plugin with Cursor and used Claude with Figma MCP to close the gap between design and engineering.

Design systems, investor decks, Shopify and Framer builds always end-to-end, always alongside founders, senior designers and dev teams.

At Spades, I designed across B2B and B2C the end-user dining experience and the merchant platform before the company was acquired by Qlub. What made this role different: supporting 200+ F&B clients directly through customer success, translating real feedback into design improvements that actually moved the needle.
